Quality Care. I will tell them that in my first visit my impression is that they are very thorough, sincere and reasonable. Will I go there again? Probably. I am giving their name out as a referral to a couple of friends too, whom I know need some services. Time will tell.

Excellent. I have been satisfied each time I have went there for service. I also believe I have received quality work at a fair price. In addition, the work was done on a timely basis, thereby minimizing my wait time as I prefer waiting for my vehicles. This winter on a previous visit, the technician who worked on my Jaguar directly answered questions when I voiced concern about a front brake job the car dealer told me I needed done. The technician and Victory advocated waiting as there was still approximately 10-15k miles of life remaining on the brakes. The inspection was free to me. Needless to say, I will go to Victory for my brake job when it is deemed necessary. Note: Victory did a quality job on the rear brakes a little over a year ago at a price favorable to the dealer. Today I was thanked for the opportunity to work on my truck by the person who worked on it. Even though the drive to the dealer is 20 miles further, I have tried to use the dealer exclusively since I purchased my truck brand new. Today was the first visit with my truck and tomorrow, Victory will do some additional items that they recommended (some of which were due on my maintenace schedule). I am in the process of becoming convinced that Victory provides a better overall value.

Very friendly.I tell them that everyone at Victory is very friendly and easy to talk to. They answer all your questions and try to accomodate you in every way. They let you know what is going on with your car every step of the way. whether you need something right away or if it can wait until the next oil change. They are honest , dependable and do a great job. I don't take my car anywhere else.
