Very friendly. I was most happy with my service. I had made an appointment and the staff was ready for my auto when I arrived. The service was very friendly and completed promptly. Upon completion, a checklist was explained to me and I was told my car was in very good shape. I was alerted to a couple of maintenance items I might want to address down the line, but was not at all pressured that these needed immediate attention. I will definitely return to Victory when the that comes.

Great care and service.Your shop is great. The professionalism of the staff is quite impressive. I feel like I am getting expert service and I'm getting honest assessments of what ails my car. They told me what was most critically in need of attention now and what could wait if need be. They also looked for ways to save money by finding the availability of recovered items that did not need to be brand new. For example, I drive a 2005 Ford Taurus. The driver's side of the rear tail light assembly was vandalized. Victory is looking for a recovered assembly rather than ordering something brand new. Being able to trust a service provider is a very nice experience.

David, you brought a smile to everyone's faces with your kind feedback. We are delighted to read how much you enjoyed your visit and that you felt you were treated professionally and taken care of by our staff.
