Reliable. As a newcomer to the Twin City area, I did not know where to turn when I had what I thought was a simple leaking tire. I googled a tire repair place and chose Victory because it was near my home and the easiest for me to find. From the start the manager Dan was so helpful and accomodating that I had a great feeling about them. After waiting just a few minutes while they worked on my tire, Dan came to give me some rough news.... my tire was beyond repair and the others were soon to follow. He did a great job finding exactly what I needed and even arranged for a "loaner car" for me so that I was able to leave my car overnight! REALLY?? I didn't think anyone did that anymore!! The next day, true to his word, Dan called and left a message for me, asking me to call him... and when I returned his call, he asked me a few additional questions about my car, then informed me that my car was ready to go! THEN - when I went to pick up my car, the price was even lower than Dan had quoted me!! I work in a very large workplace and trust me.... a LOT of people have already heard about my experience with Victory and will be changing their service specialists to Victory! Thanks Victory (and Dan) for the best experience a (car ignorant) girl could ask for!!

Reliable. It's great to have the car's rear doors and locks working again. I asked that three things be done: 1. the rear locks, gas guage, and wiper which was all in common, 2. Change the oil, and 3. Fix the left turn signal from flashing fast. The first two were completed. This is the 2nd time I've asked that the turn signal be fixed. The first time a bulb was replaced but it did the same thing as soon as I drove it away. This time it was not fixed either.

We're glad to hear that the doors and locks are working well for you. Regarding the turn signal's bulb, as we mentioned to you when we spoke with you last, we believe that your vehicle's problems are stemming from some electrical issues. When we spoke, we did communicate to you that we put another bulb in, but with that and the other electrical issues with your Volvo, that you would possibly have a reoccurrence with a rear control module that is affecting several other components. At the time you picked up your vehicle, everything was working, because we test drove it several times to make sure. We had mentioned to you that if you had an issue, that there were a couple fuses in the rear that you would need to remove and reinstall. Again, as mentioned before, to get those electrical issues taken care of, which we recommend if you would like your turn signal to work properly each time, we encourage you to bring the vehicle to the dealer to have that module re-flashed and/or replaced and then retest to make sure all systems are working as designed. If you have any questions at all, please feel free to give us a call and we would be happy to explain this again. We care about you and your safety and want to do everything we can to help out. All of our recommendations are based on that fact, and of course, taking into consideration your time and finances, and what you are able to do at that point. We hope to talk to you again soon!

Go there. The last time we had to go it was for a water pump and thermostat. It was fairly expensive, but because of the impact made on me by this shop, I knew that it was an honest and fair price.

We really value your trust, Jeff, and don't take it for granted. Like you mentioned, some repairs are really inexpensive and some are more so. We always make it our goal to save you as much money as possible through coupons, used parts and fair pricing, so when you do have those larger repairs that happen with older vehicles, you can know that we are giving you an accurate price. Unlike many other shops, we will never recommend services that you don't need. It means a LOT to us that you know you can trust us, and we honor that trust, Jeff. Thank you!
