Updated 05-21-20: My original 2 Star review is listed below; I received a call the next day and Jordan from customer service stated that it was not correct that they did not refund my money instead of just a future credit. He resolved the issue and then sum. Updating it to a 4 star prompt resolution but leaving off one for the hassle. Absent of this issue I would have given them 5 stars. Had an idling issue on a GMC Acadia which they could not find anything wrong directly, but suggested it could be a battery going. I certainly can change out a battery myself, but since I wanted to make sure it was related to my idling issue, I had them replace the battery. Did not fix the issue and besides charging me for the battery install they also charged me for a $10 for a battery anti-corrosion service kit which I assumed was nothing more than a single spray of the battery terminal anti-corrosion spray. Since the battery replacement did not fix the idling I brought the vehicle back I asked them why they charged so much for a spray of the corrosion spray. They said it was actually a kit required for some vehicles and acknowledged mine vehicle did not need it and should have not be charged for the kit. I asked them for a refund and they said they could not provide a refund, but only offer a credit on next service call. You can make you own opinion on the issue.
