Here at Victory Auto Service & Glass in Chanhassen, we are fortunate to specialize in the auto repair and maintenance of ALL makes and models of vehicles, both foreign and domestic. We also repair and replace auto glass.

"One nice surprise after the other -- best service in 18 years I've lived in the Twin Cities since 1994 and have never had better service from any local auto repair place than I got from Victory today. It was one nice surprise after the other. The problem: The windshield wiper pump on my Mercedes ML 320 was broken. And the oil light was coming on. When I arrived for my appointment, the lobby struck me as being nicer than those in some hotels. Surprise. Eric at the counter told me he had pre-ordered the parts after talking to me on the phone, so I wouldn't have to wait. Surprise. He offered a free loaner car, but I decided to stay and work at their desk in the lobby, supplied with Caribou coffee, free wi-fi, and bottled water. Surprise. The whole thing took less than 90 minutes. Eric even topped off the oil for free because I was less than a quart low. Suprise. And the bill was about half of what I expected to pay. Surprise. These guys have obviously been studying Nordstrom, Disney, and other customer-service leaders. Victory is a first-class operation from start to finish. I will never take my vehicles anywhere else.
